At Vi, our Open Gym hours give you the freedom to train on your own terms, whether you're following a custom program, working on skills or just need flexibility in your schedule.
Open Gym is ideal for members following their own programming, members looking to add extra sessions or skill work and anyone who needs more flexibility. It’s also great for members with specific goals who want access to high-quality equipment in a focused environment. Whether you’re training solo or teaming up with friends, Open Gym gives you the space and tools to grow on your terms.
Why Open Gym?
Open Gym gives you access to our full facility outside of scheduled group classes. During this time, you can:
✅ Follow your own training plan
✅ Practice Olympic lifts, gymnastics, or mobility work
✅ Supplement your group classes with extra strength or conditioning
✅ Prepare for competitions (CrossFit, HYROX, weightlifting, etc.)
✅ Focus on recovery work or accessory movements at your own pace
