Not bouncing back, but moving forward.

Not bouncing back, but moving forward.

At Vi, we support women in every stage of motherhood, including the one that often gets overlooked: the recovery. Our postpartum training is designed to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild your strength and return to training in a way that’s safe, supportive and empowering.

Whether you're six weeks or six months postpartum, we meet you where you are physically, mentally and emotionally.

Why Postpartum Training Matters?

Childbirth is one of the most powerful things your body can go through. But recovery takes time and smart, intentional movement can make all the difference.

During our classes or personal training sessions the coach will help you:
Rebuild core and pelvic floor strength
Improve posture, mobility, and body awareness
Restore confidence in movement and training
Reduce risk of injury or long-term dysfunction

Welcome Back to You

We believe postpartum fitness should honor your body, while also reminding you of what it’s capable of. We approach postpartum training with care and expertise, offering individualized programming. Workouts are modified to focus on function, control, and gradual progression, with special attention to diastasis recti, pelvic floor health and breathing mechanics.

Whether you prefer our regular classes or 1-on-1 coaching, you'll have ongoing communication with your coach to ensure safe, steady progress. Whether your goal is to return to full training, move without pain, or just carve out a little time for yourself again, we’re here for that journey. At Vi, we don’t believe in “bouncing back”, we believe in moving forward.
